These little soft gels are purple in color, small, and easy to swallow. I like that this product has unique natural ingredients and no weird filler, which makes me feel confident in taking them as directed. The bottle is cute, too!

This product appealed to me because of my rather intense cycle which can cause pain and a host of other undesirable effects. The ingredients seemed pretty straightforward; there's Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and an ingredient sourced from Dutch borage flowers with more potency than evening primrose or blackcurrant seed oil, both of which have shown promise in alleviating premenstrual discomfort (as well as boosting skin's elasticity and fighting inflammation). I appreciate that all ingredients are plant-based and there are no suspicious chemicals or fillers. The capsules arrived quickly with a double seal for added protection, and they're very compact so they are easy to swallow, which is another huge plus. I'm not entirely sure whether I experienced any relief from symptoms during my cycle, but it's also a bit hard to gauge that since the severity of my period fluctuates from month to month. At any rate, these capsules offer high-quality ingredients in a convenient form that's easy to incorporate into your routine.

This bottle comes in the box. All writing is in Korean so I'm unable to read the description. There was a sticker placed on the outside of the box with information in English. Product seems like a good quality and I've had no negative reactions to using it in any way. Very easy to take.

Foodology is a very popular brand in Korea with a huge following and this boraology supplement is a great quality with good ingredients. I haven't had any adverse side effects taking this and it's easy to take.

When it comes to supplements like this, it truly is a gamble personally. What works for one woman, may not work for another one, if you know what I mean. Time will tell if they are helpful with PMS symptoms or not, research the ingredients to see what they can do for your PMS. Korean language on the ingredients but, nothing a Internet search engine can't translate for you. I don’t know what this Boraology is,but I do feel the difference after I’ve finished this 60 Soft gels which is for 30 Days dose. I guess it’s multi-vitamins that provides skin “nutrition food”.This Pure Borage Oil is the must-have balance Hormones for women’s beauty.

FOODOLOGY Boraology (60 Softgels, 30 Days) - Pure Borage Oil, GLA 240 mg with Vitamin E & D3 capsules are small, easy to swallow, and a very pretty purple color!Made from "natural" ingredients, this supplement is intended to help with menstrual cramps and hormonal balance. While I can't speak to the effectiveness of that, this Korean company has a great reputation and knows its stuff. These pills contain Gamma-Linolenic Acid, along with Vitamins D and E.Certainly worth a shot.Five stars.

Beautiful capsules in purple color. But English only stated on box instead of the bottle. Inside the bottle, they are filled with plastic paper where I don’t get this design and purpose. Capsules are not big and easy to swallow. No taste and flavor. Price seems ok for 30 days supply
