1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States (including all 50 states and select U.S. territories) and also offer international shipping to Canada.
Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
United States
Orders are shipped via DHL e-Commerce.
Standard U.S. Shipping (Contiguous States):
- Orders under $59 : $5.99
- Orders $59 and up : Free shipping
Special U.S. Regions:
For the following locations:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Orders under $300 : $16.50
- Orders of $300 or more: Free Shipping
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Canada (Duties & Taxes Included)
Orders are shipped via UPS Standard. All Canada shipments are sent as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Shipping rates by order total:
- Orders $0 – $99.99: $20.00
- Orders $100 – $199.99: $26.00
- Orders $200 – $299.99: $33.00
- Orders $300 and up: Free shipping
Customs duties and taxes are fully covered by the seller.
Customers are only responsible for the international shipping fee shown at checkout.
No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Remote areas such as Guam or Hawaii may require additional time.
Customs Fees & Taxes
- U.S. Customers: No customs duties or import-related charges apply.
- Canadian Customers: Customs fees and taxes are covered by the seller. Customers are only responsible for the international shipping fee.
3. Fulfillment Process
- Unfulfilled: When your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the status will appear as “Unfulfilled.”
- Fulfilled: Once your order is shipped through our courier, the status will update to “Fulfilled,” and you will receive your tracking details via email.
You can view your order and tracking information on the My Orders page in your account.
4. Payment Options
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, you may do so through PayPal using the “Pay as a Guest” option — no PayPal account required. Simply enter your card information during checkout.
5. Additional Information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
